Peapod Gets Organic

Peapod, the online grocer, and Wild Oats, a natural and organic foods retailer, are teaming up to make more than 200 Wild Oats products available on the Peapod website. Right now Wild Oats has only 2 stores in Illinois - Wild Oats Natural Marketplace in Hinsdale and People's Market in Evanston. This partnership will allow us to get Wild Oats products - everything from cage-free eggs, organic milk, all-natural cookies, imported Italian sodas, and environmentally friendly paper products - delivered right to our doors.

Chicagoist is CRAZY for Peapod. Especially since we can make a delivery guy schlep heavy things like laundry soap and bottled water and WINE for us. We think any time Peapod wants to expand their offerrings it's all right by us. Can't wait to see the new stuff!
