They're calling Illinois for Kerry with 8 percent of precincts reporting. No real surprise there. Also, everyone can dust off his and her "Obama Wins" stories that have just been sitting on the shelf all summer--Obama wins. We heard on WGN he got 88 percent, which is freaking insane, but that still with only 8 percent in.
