Sosa's Condo on the Market

Now that Sammy Sosa is headed for Baltimore, he has put his Chicago condo on the market for $4.5 million, listing it with agent Azar Katibeh. Located in Lake Point Tower, the 55th floor condo was created by combining three units into a single 7 bedroom, 5 1/2 bath palace. Maybe Chicagoist could buy this as our new HQ?

Apparently, Sosa was a different kind of guy at home than at work. while his selfish attitude irked teammates, his building staff thought fondly of him. "He was very polite, courteous. He would speak to you," said security director Lucius White. "He's a nice guy." No word from his next door neighbord on whether he insisted on blasting his music loud at home, too.

His real etate agent "He is the nicest, kindest, best client I have ever had. He is a real sweetheart." Of course, those HUGE commissions she's made from him over the years might have something to do with that.
