Jus De Boules

If you've always wondered what a sauce incorporating cork, rubber, wool, yarn, cowhide and beer ladled over spaghetti tastes like, wonder no more friends. Harry Caray's Restaurant will be serving a sauce at their Chicago and Rosemount locations made from the "Bartman Ball" (we still feel bad for that guy) they blew up last year.
They'll be serving it February 20 through 24 (you have to ask for it; they're not sneaking it in or anything) as a lead-up to their 7th annual "Toast to Harry Caray" on Thursday the 24th. At 7 p.m. on that Thursday, patrons of bars and restaurants around the world will hoist their Budweiser (apparently Caray's favorite brand) and sing "Take Me Out to the Ball Game". Here's a list of Chicago restaurants and bars participating in the toast.
We think it sounds nasty, but would like to hear from anyone that tastes it. Proceeds from the dish will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
