An alert reader notified Chicagoist about some new signs, or lack thereof, for our favorite restaurant, Burger Delights, nee-Burger King. It seems that over the past couple of weeks Burger Delights began to undergo a second identity crisis, where being associated with burgers wasn't enough -- or maybe too much. So signs at stores around the city have been coming down, and new ones going up. Sometimes, in the case of the Foster and Broadway store shown above, both signs stay up.
We didn't really see very many customers in the stores. After all, the location advertising doesn't really say "Clean and Open for Business!"
Is there anyone out there that's eaten at Burger/Chicken Delights? Got any better names? It seems that the owners are looking for some. More pictures after the jump.
