Wicker Park hot spot Tre Via, a slightly more than one-year-old Italian restaurant located in the Flat Iron building, found recent success with its Easter brunch and looks to add the service on a permanent basis.

The official launch of the new menu begins in a week or two, but Tre Via welcomes people to stop in from 10:30 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Sunday to try out the new menu before it's set in stone.
