It's "Adam and Steve," not Adam and Eve

2206.jpgFresh from its debut at the Tribeca Film Festival, Adam and Steve makes it's Chicago premiere tomorrow night at IFP/Chicago Producer's Workshop Series.

Produced by Columbia College graduate Kirkland Tibbels (who also produced the entertaining 2003 film, Latter Days), Adam and Steve takes a comical look at a gay man who falls in love with one of his most unsuccessful past one-night stands without realizing they had ever met. (Apparently Adam is a fictional comedy, although Chicagoist thinks this scenario must happen often enough to be a documentary.)

Craig Chester and Malcolm Gets portray the film's leads while Parker Posey (who has appeared in every. single. gay. movie. ever.) and Chris Kattan play a straight couple.

Registration is required to attend the 7pm reception and 8pm screening at Film Row Cinema.
