Tomorrow on your lunch break head over to Daley Plaza where they'll be celebrating Chicago Moves Day with activities from 11am - 1pm.

There'll be pilates, cardio kickboxing, stretching, yoga, and cycling. If those don't getcha movin' then how 'bout a little Dance Dance Revolution? If you're a sports fan you'll want to go over to see a special appearance by former Chicago Bear Chris Zorich and the Chicago White Sox will be there giving baseball tips. If that's not enough, the Chicagoland Bicycle Federation will be giving downtown bike tours around the loop and other groups will be giving unique workouts.. like the Fire Fighters Workout by the Chicago Fire Department and an Army Fitness Workout by world-class athletes in the US Army.

Moving around is great, but let's face it, it's a bitch to motivate some days. And eating healthy is important too. There will be experts on hand to help you in those areas.

It seems like Mayor Daley's Fitness Council has done a good job making sure there's something for everyone, no matter what your interest. If you participate in any of the fitness classes or health screenings you'll not only be on your way to a healther you, but you'll also score yourself a free pedometer, yoga mat, water bottle, head band or t-shirt.

If you're strapped down by The Man and can't get away from your desk at lunch, stop by a neighborhood Park District building and use whatever's there - fitness rooms, pools, etc - for free all day.

For more info and a full list of the day's activities, check out the Mayor Daley's Fitness Council site.
