Chicagoist knows Lincoln Park has a "hot" real estate market, but we didn't understand just how hot. Enter Ella, a craigslist seller who knows all the juicy details. She's got her unchaste mitts all over some hot, steamy property, and you can read all about it in this raunchy ad:

LINCOLN PARK TERRA COTTA HOMES LUXURY TOWNHOUSE ALTGELD/WRIGHTWOOD NEW CONSTRUCTION, 3 LEVEL, 3 BEDROOM, 2 BATH, ATTACHED CAR GARAGE, DICK, MARBLE, DISHWASHER, WOOD BURNING FIREPLACE, YARD.

You'd think anyone with that much money to spend on... well, dick, would've just saved themselves a bundle and tried his luck at the Gay Pride Parade yesterday. Here's to proofreading...
