Tuesdays With The Devil

Devil In The Woodpile
It's hot, it's humid. Why not spend some time with the Devil? Devil In The Woodpile continue their Tuesday residency at the Hideout that began so long ago that we have friends who had their first date there, got married and now have kids.

Rick Sherry fronts the trio/sometimes quartet with his uncanny ability to channel the old time blues. He sings, plays washboard, harmonica, and keeps time. Tom Ray plays bass, Joel Paterson is on guitar, and the sometimes 4th Devil is Gary Schepers on the rock tuba.

Devil has a new album out, In Your Lonesome Town, so it's a great time to see them again and hear some of that raw Americana blues they do so well. Devil plays in the front room of the Hideout around 9:30 pm. Put some coin in the tip jar when it comes around to show appreciation to the band.

Arrive early because seats are at a premium for this foot-stomping good time runnin' with the Devil.
