Can't Watch!

Maybe Comcast was just trying to spare us some misery last night. However, if the satellite problems were going to prevent Chicagoist from watching 5 innings of the game, they should have chosen to blackout the last five.
When the game finally came on for those of us too cheap to upgrade to HDTV -- why pay for the service when an HD plama is just a pipedream -- the game was already in the 5th inning and we had to watch a letterboxed widescreen HD feed. At that point, Cleveland held a 2-0 lead.
It just got worse from there, as the Tribe added a 3-run homer in the 8th to end Jon Garland's night, and then they added 3 more in the 9th. Meanwhile, the Sox bats remained silent all night and they lost 8-0. Cleveland pulled back to within 2 1/2 games of the Sox and the magic number remains at 9. At least that JetBlue plane we watched instead of the first half of the game didn't crash and burn...
