Are you an emotional eater? You know, one of those people who eats not when they're hungry, but when they're stressed or nervous or anxious? If you are you're not alone.. seems like the White Sox fans are all emotional eaters too!

Crain's Chicago Business is reporting
that over the weekend, fans attending the White Sox games consumed 26,400 kosher hot dogs. The stadium's food & souvineer company, Sportservice, said that in the 2 games this weekend White Sox fans bought as much food as they did at the regular season's 16 sold-out games.

In addition to a shitload of kosher dogs, Sox fans also took down
- 6,000 bags of peanuts
- 5,000 slices of pizza
- 4,900 Polish sausages
- 4,500 brats
- 1,700 Italian sausages
- 3,000 nacho plates
- 5,200 regular hot dogs (not kosher dogs)

If that's not a sign of emotional, nail-biting, nervous-to-win eating, then we don't know what is! Of course, we were curious about how much beer was consumed, but Sportservice will only say that they sold "slightly" more beer than in the regular season.
