Participate in Food Drive, Get a Free Sandwich

All day tomorrow at Potbelly Sandwich: Bring in at least 3 non-perishable food items and they'll give you a coupon for a free sandwich. Woot! Potbelly will be donating all food collected to America’s Second Harvest. Last year they collected 42,000 pounds of food. .. this year their goal is to more than double that and get in 100,000 pounds of food (they should tell everyone to bring canned food, it weighs more!).

This is a win/win because we're sure you can rummage around in your cupboard tonight and find an old can of peas (or 3) and bring them in and you got yourself a free sandwich.. when were you REALLY going to eat those peas anyway? What were you even thinking when you bought them? If you are a weirdo who eats canned peas, you'll still make out because few cans of peas or tuna or beans cost less than a Potbelly sandwich.
