Chicagoist's Flickr Photo Badge

This morning we spent a big chunk of time diving through everyone's Flickr photostreams looking at pictures of the snowstorm from last night and this morning. Then a thought occurred to us. We've been meaning for quite some time to add a Flickr badge to the site, which we just did this morning. How we've got it set up is that any public photo tagged "chicagoist" will be pulled in. Thumbnails of the most recent 3 will be displayed on our left-hand column and then people can click to see larger versions of the photos and who took them and everything else.

SO, this is how you can help us out. Go over to Flickr quick and tag your snowy experiences with "chicagoist" that way they'll show up here and we don't have to go wading through everything! Going forward, when you're out taking interesting photos around the city, and then when you upload them into Flickr, throw a "chicagoist" tag on them. It will be awesome, you'll get to have your photos featured on our site, and our audience will be sure not to miss out on any great views of the city we love.
