Our Favorite Blizzard Photo

Earlier today we launched our new Flickr badge (left-hand bar) and invited everyone to join in the fun tagging their Flickr photos with "chicagoist". We especially asked if you had photos of the storm last night to include those. Thanks to everyone who submitted photos already. We thought we'd pick one we especially like and showcase it on Chicagoist.

Last night's storm was a crazy disaster with planes, trains, and cars crashing all over the places and people being frustrated with the weather. But in this photo, Mike makes it all seem very serene. Gorgeous. Check out a larger version of the photo and Mike's entire Flickr photostream .
