Anything for Springer! Child Endangerment? OK!

You know, when you've got a chance to go to see Springer, it doesn't matter whether you've got a babysitter or not, you've got to jump on the chance! Or, at least that's what Shannon Cook decided. She'll be spending 30 days in jail for leaving her 3 kids, all under the age of 5, home alone while she attended a taping of the Jerry Springer show.

The kids left the apartment and went to the neighbor's, so luckily they were safe. Cook didn't get home til after midnight and she was all like "what? I wasn't gone that long... " Yeah, 9 hours? What could happen to a 3 1/2-year-old, a 2-year-old and a baby in 9 hours?

Cook also got a year of probation, a $525 fine and those kids, they won't be living with her any more. All 3 have been placed in foster homes.
