Will World Series Wedding Rings be Available in the Giftshop?

A few months ago, we questioned some of the "fantasy experiences" that the White Sox offer, particularly the option to get married at the park. We know it might sound like an awesome idea to some guys... but we are pretty damn sure that there are no brides-to-be who would feel the same way.

Since we guys know that the wedding is the bride's day and her day alone, she's going to pick some pretty garden or exclusive hotel ballroom. She won't even allow a TV with the game on tucked in the corner by the bar, and she'll make you take off the Sox hat "even if they did win the World Series and it matched the tux."

Yet the Sox continue to market the idea of Weddings at the Cell. They are currently looking for couples looking to tie the knot in a group wedding before a June 3rd game against the Texas Rangers. The 4:00pm ceremony would preceed the 6:05pm game, with the ceremony occuring on center-field concourse. The cost is $500, with the newlyweds getting two premium lower-deck tickets to the game. Does that mean the rest of the family is on their own for tickets? Because it'd suck to be sitting in the upper deck in a tux.

While we personally think that ballpark weddings are stupid and group weddings creepy, if you're interested you must reserve your spot before April 15th.
