2006_06_tg.jpgTouch and Go’s 25th Anniversary Celebration has been operating under the radar over the past couple months while the Clusterfest shows hogged the spotlight. But it doesn’t mean that they’re not working on making this a must-see event.

T&G announced today that they've added 14 bands to the lineup for their anniversary show at the Hideout’s 10th Anniversary Block Party. In addition to the previously announced acts, the show will reunite Girls Against Boys, Killdozer and Man…or Astroman? with all their original members. Negative Approach, featuring John Brannon and OP Moore will also take the stage along with !!!, Pegboy, Quasi, and The Shipping News. Two final bands have yet to be announced but you can see the current full lineup after the jump.

In addition, T&G announced that tickets will go onsale this Friday, June 16th at 10 a.m. via Ticketweb.com. Three Day passes will go for $35. Before you go all mathlete on us and start computing the price per band ratio, consider that all of the profits from ticket sales will be donated to the following local charities: Tuesday's Child, Literacy Works, and the Thomas Drummond Elementary School. If you’re still feeling cheap, consider that the first 10 3-day passes sold will be $10 each and the first 250 3-day passes sold after that will be $25 each.

The Toucha nd Go 25th Anniversary runs from September 8th through September 10th. Friday evening’s performances run from 5-10 p.m. while things get started on Saturday and Sunday at noon and run until 10 p.m.

See you when September comes, indeed.
