So while looking for new ways to stay fit this summer and enjoying some adventures in the outdoors, we are going to head down to the lakefront to train with the Flying Gaonas Gym. Gloria and Julio Gaona make a living out of flying through air and dangling from a trapeze.

Now you can learn the tricks of their trade in a 90-minute beginner trapeze class. The class requires no previous experience and costs just $40. Check out their website for more information, including class schedules. Beginner classes are offered on Wednesday and Thursday evenings and also on Saturdays and Sundays during the day at Waveland Park near the Clock Tower. If you aren't ready to sign up for a class just stop by for a try-out swing for $10.

If you find the Big Top is calling your name after your beginner class, you can continue your training with intermediate and advanced classes in preparation for a newfound career.
