Admittedly, the title of this week's photo contest winner was what drew our eyes to this picture but really? Is there not a more fitting head to describe the look on this kid's face? Taken by pantagrapher at the The 9th Annual Chicago Folk & Roots Festival, this snapshot made us whimsical for the days when we spent a whole lot of cash on trinkets and baubles, as opposed to rent and DSL bills.
