It's no ancient secret, you need to have the ticket/receipt to pick up your dry-cleaning. According to the officer in Rogers Park, the youth came to pick up someone else's cleaning, but he didn't have a claim ticket. Lee wouldn't give him the clothes, and in a logical move between customer and retailer, the kid punched him in the face.

Capt. Howard Denk told news reporters that he used a closed fist to hit Mr. Lee and the punch caused him to "fall backward and hit his head.’’ Then the kid fled on foot and did not get the cleaning order. Lee went to the hospital overnight and was held for observation.

People. It's laundry. Don't get crazy on old people, ey?
