Peraica vs. Stroger, Separated at Birth Edition

So imagine you’re Todd Stroger. Thanks to backroom wrangling and other events that had folks whispering the words “divine right of kings” under their breath, your campaign lacks a certain…gravitas. To defeat Republican Tony Peraica, you’re probably hoping for some serious Democratic grass roots efforts to give you the bona fides you believe you so richly deserve. Something like a website called votestroger.com?

To paraphrase B.B. King, Todd Stoger’s getting some help he doesn’t need from Democrats … for Peraica.

The votestroger.com site contains mostly links to articles that aren’t so much favorable to Peraica as they are critical of Stroger. And the rhetoric isn’t exactly Jeffersonian. But it’s worth a look if only for the graphic comparing Todd Stroger to Urkel.

We think this criticism is a but unfair though. After all, Peraica looks a little like Radar from the TV show “M * A * S * H*” , doesn’t he? Just look at that smile.
