Weekend Jaunts: Sunday Edition

Mr. and Mrs. Chicago, since you aren't going to see The Scissor Sisters this evening, we have suggested a few other things that may whet your appetite. The ArtWalk Ravenswood was so good we are suggesting it for a second day in a row.

• Visit the ArtWalk Ravenswood, Ravenswood Avenue between Roscoe Street and Foster Avenue, to catch the Chicago Women's Caucus for Art exhibit. The ArtWalk Ravenswood site suggests you stop in at one of the area restaurants for a bloody mary; we couldn't agree more.

• Tonight the Media Burn Drive-in Benefit is happening on the roof at ROW, Rush and Ontario. Media Burn is a video archive site that has posted a ton of old non-fiction video clips; see videos from the Nixon resignation to a cult documentary about The Divine Light Mission. The benefit is the official launch of the site.

• Don't forget to go cheer on the Windy City Rollers as they host the season playoffs tonight. The action, and there will be action, starts at 5 p.m. at Cicero Stadium.

• If you are like us, you may have stayed out a little too late last night. A relaxing day of movies from the Chicago International Film Fest is just what the doctor ordered. Films are throughout the day.
