In case you missed it, there's an election coming up. And Chicagoist wants you to participate. That's right, we're talking to YOU!

Today is the first day of Early Voting, and just like that trashy girl you dated your sophomore year at DePaul, you can do it all over the city. Here is a map. Polls are open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday, and 9 a.m. to noon Saturdays and Sundays.

You can vote at any location, anywhere in the state, but you will need to show a government-issued photo ID, such as a passport, driver's license, or state ID card. Let us know how your experience was.
