Second Surprise Pre-Riot Fest Guest Named

The Olde Timey Silver Beetles Band actually played a show here just a few years ago, and it was a swirling whirlpool of horns and lovely, dancing rhythyms. Their lilting melodies tickled ears and resurrected memories of the good olde days when we would sit back and watch our grandma shampoo her hair.

We suppose one could cast their vote "No" and pass up this show, but we'd be hard-pressed to see why anyone would want to relive the day when The Devil Came To The 9th Ward.

We suppose you can miss these guys at Double Door on November 3 and catch them in the cavern that is The Congress a few days later when they play Riot Fest, but why would you want to?

And don't forget about the other band playing the next night at Subterranean...
