The Chicago Fire defeated the New England Revolution 1-0 in Chicago Sunday when Justin Mapp scored off a free kick in the 34th minute. The Fire can advance to the Eastern Conference Finals with a win or a tie in New England on Saturday night.

The Fire have their work cut out for them as they have lost all four previous playoff matches versus the Revs in New England. The Fire will need another great performance from Matt Pickens, who with another clean sheet, can guarantee the Fire advance.

The game is being televised on HDNet and MLS Direct Kick Package live at 6:30pm on Saturday. Chicagoist plans to take in the game at the official Fire Viewing Party taking place at the Globe Pub. The Globe is planning on offering special food and drink specials for the game. Members of the Fire front office will also be running raffles throughout the evening.
