I Have Met My Match With This Meal

This little piggie in the photo will be the featured ingredient in some wild boar ravioli. It's one of six courses being served Thursday at Goose Island's Clybourn Avenue pub, as part of their annual wild game brewmaster's dinner.
The dinner shines a light on three of Goose Island brewmaster Greg Hall's passions: wild game, slow food, and beer. Each of the six courses will be paired with one of Goose Island's brews, some only available at the brewpub. It's a chance to eat like a medieval knight, if a medieval knight had a taste for creamy sage risotto with duck confit and dried cranberries. Actually, that sounds much more like something you'd find at a renaissance fair, and able to pay for the dish with "Lady Visa" or "Master Card."
The cost of the dinner is $60, plus tax and gratuity, and it starts at 6:30.
