Mustaches for Kids - Clean Shaven Day

A reminder: today is Clean Shaven Day, the official kickoff of the Mustaches For Kids charity benefitting the Off the Street Club. The brave men attempting daring feats of manscaping will be meeting at Schuba's tonight at 9 PM to celebrate the commencement of growing season and groove to DJ sets by mustache enthusiast Bald Eagle.

If you haven't already signed up to cultivate your best flavor saver, it's not too late; you can join the crew by showing up fresh and clean tonight. Chicagoist's own Matt Wood has thrown his heretofore bare upper lip into the ring, and will be documenting his success or utter failure here. If you're not up to growing one yourself but want to support Matt or any of the other growers, you can make a donation through the power of the internets at the Mustaches for Kids Chicago website. Just click the PayPal link on the top right of the home page and you're in business. In the meantime, Matt will need help naming his 'stache and choosing a mustachioed alter-ego alias for the duration of the event, so leave your suggestions in the comments.
