  1. Wanting to get inked up before the year is over? Head to Insight Studios, 1026 N. Milwaukee, for the Anti-Cruelty Society Benefit weekend. All profits from tattoos and piercings go to the shelter. The shop is open from noon - 10 p.m.
  2. There aren't going to be too many holiday art shows this year, the last day of the Bucktown Holiday Art Show is today and runs until 5 p.m. The show features art and antiques from area artists and collectors. Now in its 8th year the Artshow is at it usual location, 1914 N. Milwaukee.
  3. Every year we tell ourselves, let's go see The Nutcracker this year. Ballet Chicago presents rendition of the ever present, The Nutcracker. Tickets are $18-$25 and the shows starts at 7 p.m. at Athenaeum Theatre, 2936 N. Southport. Go and get caught up in the Land of Snow and Kingdom of the Sweets.
