Super Bowl, Super Party, All on the Plane

2007_1_terra.jpgYou didn't, did you? You did. You will be one of those poor souls watching clouds and cornfields pass by instead of watching Rex Grossman pass the ball. And really, we can't blame you. We had doubts, too, about the ability of the Bears to make it this far. Had we some extra cash on hand, we may have even booked a long weekend.

Luckily for people who booked Jet Blue for their weekend getaway, you are in luck. JetBlue will be giving a complimentary beer or cocktail during the big game, as well as unlimited snacks. While it is no Charlie Trotter-envisioned on-board tasting menu, we think it isn't a bad deal, especially since JetBlue recently started flying out of O'Hare. The Super Bowl will, of course, be available for viewing via DirecTV, one of Jet Blue's standard offerings.

JetBlue's signature snack is Terra Blues Potato Chips, which are made from blue potatoes. We can't decide if that looks more like the Colts' blue or the Bears' blue, but we are going to go out on a limb and say it is the Bears' blue.
