New Chef: Never been to Boka Restaurant? Or perhaps you've been but weren't all that impressed. Well, Giuseppe Tentori is the restaurant's new executive chef (and a Charlie Trotter's alumnus, no less). Tentori plans on staying true to Boka's roots but branching out in terms of menu and décor.
