- A 59-year-old woman was found strangled to death inside a car on the Eisenhower. A person is being held in connection.
- A man was driving a minivan down Ashland in Pilsen when the brakes gave out and he crashed into a police squadrol (squad car/patrol wagon). The driver and two officers were taken to the hospital.
- Some guy went on a stabbing spree last night in the western suburbs. Luckily, no one was killed.
