Serious Eats Seriously Likes Chuck Sudo

The latest object of food blog Serious Eats' affection is none other than Chicagoist Food and Drink Editor Chuck Sudo. Way to go, Chuck!

The interview covers the same questions that all their "Meet & Eat" features do. Past "Meet & Eat" picks include Heidi Swanson of 101 Cookbooks and Aun Koh of Chubby Hubby, two food bloggers we wouldn't mind being associated with.

We won't quote the entire feature to you, because we know you are going to go and read the interview yourself, but we did think one part was worth specifically mentioning. The SE team asks "Favorite food sites or blogs?" to which Chuck answers, "Shameless-but-sincere plug: I always look forward to the reviews and news the other food and drink writers at Chicagoist are filing.
