• Seriously? Apparently, Springfield, IL has lost out to Springfield, VT as the city chosen to be the "real-life" Springfield in conjunction with the Simpsons movie. D'oh!
• They found Antoine Walker's Mercedes.
• People who perused the Pars Cove Persian Cuisine booth at the Taste of Chicago got sick. As per usual, it's most dangerous to be "very young, the very old and people with weakened immune systems.”
• In other fictional character news, Batman is still in town, and he's closing some streets.
