Mmm... Nothing says summer quite like the smell of carbohydrates sizzling away in vats of oil. Flickr user solaana captured this shot of a sampling of festival delicacies. Back in the day, we were always rather partial to the old Lemon Shake-Up paired with a giant, cinnamon sugar-coated elephant ear. Now that fest time is winding down, we have to ask: What has been your fest of choice this summer, and perhaps more importantly, what was your favorite greasy treat?
