Wilco Party

2007_12_10_wilcowinter.jpg WXRT just announced this morning that Wilco will be playing a five-day residency at the Riviera Theatre in February. And the most exciting part is the band promises to explore its entire catalog, creating a unique set list for each show and playing songs they haven't played in quite some time. Needless to say, we're excited. (Summerteeth, anyone?)

Each show will also be all Wilco, all the time, as the band is playing unsupported for the low, low price of $35 per show. Presales will be rolled out in the following fashion: WilcoWorld will be selling a five-day package (limit two per person) beginning at 10 a.m. on Wednesday. WXRT/Jam USA jump on board Friday, selling the same presale package at 10 a.m. and single show tickets at noon. General public sales begin through Ticketmaster on Saturday. All shows are all ages.

Wilco's residency at the Riviera Theatre takes place Feb. 15-16 and 18-20.
