Guess what's sexy to dolphins? Carrying stuff around in their mouths. At least, that's what some scientists think; other ones not sure; yet others, attempting to cure cancer.


Mayor Daley announced his pick for CEO of the Chicago Housing Authority: Lewis A. Jordan. Jordan ran the Rockford and Cook County housing authorities, and spent 20 years in management at Allstate Insurance.

Patrick Daley, the Mayor's son, is being deployed overseas, but the Mayor won't say where.

All this hoohah about Drew Peterson's legal defense fund website, and the site goes down in a few hours? Sigh. Sad but true, is not operational anymore because its service was suspended. We called the site's hosting service, HostMonster, to find out what happened. According to the tech support guy we talked to, Peterson's site was "causing too many performance issues to the server...[because there were] too many requests to the site [or the site's] scripts are not optimized." He said the suspension of service had "nothing to do with the content of the site," and that defenddrew would had to have been getting about 400 hits per second tocrash like this.
