Custom House and Unibroue: Winning Pairs Redux

By Chuck Sudo in Food on Jan 7, 2008 3:00PM

2008_01_charcuterie.jpgOne of our favorite dinners last year was a fixed price dinner at Custom House featuring beer pairings from Unibroue. The dinner was so successful that they're teaming up again on January 20 for a beer and charcuterie seminar from 6-8 p.m. The six-course event will match select Unibroue brands with two different types of charcuterie selections each. The full menu can be read here.

Now here's the kicker. The cost for this is $35, which is dirt cheap for Custom House and doable for any budget. Normally this is something we'd save for a "Friday Buffet" installment, but the combination of beer and cured meats is something that shouldn't be missed. We'd recommend getting reservations now.
