Good News and Bad News (Mostly Good, Though)

Wow. So young. Now we feel old.

So the giant mouse thing from Boing Boing was pretty awesome, especially when the last paragraph of that story casually says "'Our work suggests that 4 million years ago in South America, 'mice' that were larger than bulls lived with terror birds'"--bascuse me? ROUS, we can deal with. But terror birds are new for us. And will haunt our nightmares with their awesomeness.

Sneakers that look like a quilt, sneakers that look like The Cheat.

Heehehe, it's an owl eating an olive. (It's a drawing. Don't get your hopes up TOO high.)

And one thing that's decidedly not awesome: Hasbro and Mattel say Facebook's Scrabulous infringes on their copyright for Scrabble, and they want Facebook to scrap it. [via]

Back to good stuff: All the Lasagna Cat stuff is great, but "Hit Me With Your Best Shot is definitely the best.
