Is Frozen Body Stacy Peterson?

UPDATE: It's not Stacy Peterson or Lisa Stebic.
Police are telling the press that a government surveyor from Lyons stumbled upon a frozen and badly decomposed female body yesterday in a lot on the 3400 block of south Kedzie. The woman appears to have reddish-brown hair. Of course this set off speculation that it might be the body of Stacy Peterson, who, as we all know by now went missing back in October of last year. Her husband, Drew Peterson, has not been charged.
Drew seems to have been found guilty in the court of public opinion, however, and the fact that the site is a straight shot up the Stevenson from Peterson's home isn't going to change their minds. Also adding fuel to the fire, the surveyor that found the body claims that he remembers seeing a blue garbage can in the area. Police say they did not find any blue container. Peterson's lawyer had this to say:
Speaking to Nancy Grace on CNN Headline News, Drew Peterson's attorney, Joel Brodsky, said local authorities have already asked a state task force working on Stacy Peterson's disappearance not to get involved."I can tell you, it is not Stacy," Brodsky said. "I can guarantee you that."
