Oprah Toppled by Ellen?

Oprah Winfrey has lost her title of being America’s No 1 talk show host to Ellen DeGeneres who hosts the popular day-time show Ellen: The Ellen DeGeneres Show.

The article claims that Oprah’s slide is related to her support and campaigning for Barack Obama, and indicates that 65 percent of Americans changed their opinion about Oprah after her endorsement.

Maybe they’ll go head-to-head when The Ellen Degeneres Show comes to Chicago on May 3. It will be the first time Ellen’s ever done the show here, and tickets are available. It looks like people are posting on her site ideas of things she should do while in town. Invite Oprah on the show?
