IDOT to Resume Clearing Roadkill

IDOT's hiatus from carcass-clearing is over! Rejoice, roadkill haters.

The department will also resume mowing grass along highways and the rest of its typical, nonessential duties thanks to an additional $20 million sent IDOT's way by the General Assembly. Blago still has to approve the funds to make it official, but he's expected to do so. Until then, IDOT employees are still driving their own, rather than state-issued, cars.
