Rose Fined $1K

The Bulls' number one draft pick Derrick Rose,19, was fined $1,000 this morning in Kane County. Rose admitted to driving 106 miles per hour on I-88, where the speed limit is 65. He'll be under "court supervision" for six months and has to complete an online driving school course. [Trib]
