A DuPage County judge today lifted an injunction that was keeping the city of Chicago from razing Bensenville homes and businesses as part of the O'Hare expansion plan. Bensenville village president John Geils says he'll keep fighting the expansion because "Chicago has failed to show how they plan to pay for this misguided billion-dollar boondoggle." [S-T]
