Is that...sunlight? Enjoy it. This has so far been the wettest September Chicago's ever had, Saturday set an all-time one-day rain record, and this is already the third wettest month on record. Luckily, we're looking at mostly clear skies this week, but there's still a flood warning for parts of our area. [Trib, NWS, Accuweather]
