While not nearly winter-like (it's still warm enough for this little guy, after all), it's still one of the chilliest days we've had this season. Highs will hover in the lower-to-mid 40s. At least the sun will shine, maybe warming us up a bit. Tonight will cloudy and unseasonably cold again with lows in the 20s. But fear not, as Chicago Weather Godfather Tom Skilling claims Thursday could reach 70.
