- A South Side teacher has been charged with sexual assault after it was discovered she had recently engaged in sex with two current students and one former student from the school.
- Not to be outdone, former Spring Grove Elementary principal Daniel Markofski was sentenced to a year in prison and 18 months of supervision after pleading guilty to engaging in a sexual act with a child 16 years old or older. He was caught with two girls, 16 and 17, in a Super 8 Motel room in April.
- A 15-year-old boy was found shot at his home yesterday in the Back of the Yards neighborhood.
- A NTSB report on the October 15 Air Angels medical helicopter crash has been delayed to allow for a full review.
- A man in Franklin Park left something behind when he robbed a gas station Tuesday morning: a work glove with the name "Cain" written on it.
- MillerCoors LLC signed a 15-year lease for 250 S. Wacker Drive where it will relocate it's HQ come June 2009.
- And finally, a case where a Chicago Bear and the FBI get along fine: wide receiver Rashied Davis was honored by the FBI for paying for 7,000 children ID kits that will be distributed throughout the area.
