Motorcade: Move Out of the Way

People, when you see a motorcade coming, assume it’s Obama and move out of the way:

A Los Angeles Times reporter riding in the motorcade said the driver of the sedan tried to drive around the motorcade while Obama was en route to FBI headquarters in the city's downtown, the Chicago Sun-Times reported Friday.

"The (Secret Service sort utility vehicle) cut the car off immediately, and the security team aimed their weapons at the car," said P.J. Huffstutter, the Los Angeles Times' Midwest Bureau chief.

"The driver and passenger in the sedan stopped and looked stunned -- until the male driver appeared to understand what was happening (your pool reporter could see him mouth 'Obama')," Huffstutter said. [AP]
