Free Ride from Santa!

Next time you raise your hand to hail a cab, you may be lucky enough to catch a ride from Santa Claus, and for free! Taxi Affiliation Services and its affiliates will sponsor two Santa Taxis this month decorated with holiday trimmings and driven by the ho-ho-hoer himself, and in lieu of your payment, TAS will donate your fare to Children's Memorial Hospital. No word if Santa was involved in the recent strike.

We may have gotten into one of these Santa cabs once. There were twinkle lights circling the interior and lots of holiday paraphenalia stuck to the windows...this was sometime in August though so probably not. If you happen to spot that cab, do not take a "free ride." Heh. [NBC]
