Somehow, the weather feels appropriate with what's gone on in town early this morning. All this rain will turn over into snow as the afternoon progresses and positively balmy temps in the upper 30s will sink. Snow continues tonight and snow accumulations of 1 to 2 inches should be expected, unless Gov. Blagojevich successfully lobbies to have more snow fall in exchange for $10,000.
